Hola everyone!!! I just wanted to share these pics from my family vacation in Florida. We took these at Cape Harbour which is a gorgeous yachting community in Cape Coral. We spent the evening reminiscing about the good old days, eating gelato, laughing and walking around. Florida truly is a beautiful place! I love it so much, can't wait to go back!!!

Today's post is all about this cute one-piece swimsuit that I received from Zinkē during New York Fashion Week. I selected this Poppy Floral swimsuit from their Resort 2015 collection because I love everything about it. The print/colors are super girly and the cut/details truly make this one-piece far from basic. I have a hard time finding bathing suits that fit me properly because of my small bust and large derrière. I almost always ending mixing pieces up from different brands to create the perfect set. I've found a lot of cute separates at Target, Forever 21, Victoria's Secret, H&M, Old Navy and Abercrombie & Fitch. I think the best time to purchase swimsuits is when they're on sale/clearance. Happy hunting! Xoxo/ s on sale adomretraa's aa'v'ves to siiies fs fromg piece .

Hola beautiful people!!!
I'm back from my amazing family vacation in Fort Myers, Florida. Words can't describe how I feel after spending time with my entire family after not seeing them for over 5 years. The best part had to be when I saw my beautiful grandmother, who's now 70 years young. I couldn't believe how great she looks and how she hasn't changed a bit…still cracking jokes and getting down in the kitchen, just like I remember. We were so overwhelmed with emotion that we all started crying in unison. It was my first time traveling with my mom and sisters but definitely not the last. We want to go to Puerto Rico next year!
Today's OOTD post is one of a few I put together while I was out in Florida. I'm truly blessed with two talented sisters that believe in me, even when I doubt myself. I love you Jackie + Vero!!!
I wasn't too stressed about what to pack for this trip since I knew I'd be hanging out with my family in 90+ degree weather. These palazzo pants which have been in my closet for over a year were screaming, "take me with you!" so I had to bring them along. The thin woven material made them a perfect match for the white bathing suit top I recently purchased at H&M. There's nothing wrong with improvising in order to maximize your wardrobe, just as long as it looks good and you feel confident wearing it.
Thanks for stopping by to check out today's post!! Xoxo

Good afternoon and happy June!!!
Kim Kardashian-West's style and budget-friendly looks are some of the many things I love. So for today's post I decided to combine the two to showcase this gorgeous Michael Kors Millbrook handbag that I received from MGwardrobe Boutique. Kim's style is super body conscious and she definitely doesn't dress for the seasons. But I'm a big fan of how sleek and well put together she always looks. After searching through hundreds of pictures, I came across this simple outfit that I knew would go perfectly with the style and color of the Michael Kors handbag. I know it's not EXACTLY like Kim's outfit but I think I did pretty darn well! I always recommend women to start with the basics when building their wardrobe because a black pencil skirt is more versatile than a floral print skirt. Another tip I constantly share is don't overspend on basic pieces, the skirt I'm wearing was only $39.95 from H&M. I could have easily spent way more but instead would rather save up and invest in a luxury item. However, that doesn't mean I'm running to pay full price, this is where MGwardrobe Boutique comes into play!
MGwardrobe Boutique sells authentic high end designer labels (i.e. Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, etc.) and name brands to women at a bargain. Their merchandise consists of new/preloved clothing, shoes and handbags. Their website will be launching soon but in the meantime you can follow them on Instagram at @MGwardrobe to see their current inventory. MGwardrobe accepts payments via PayPal and credit/debit card, they also offer payment plans on orders of $100 or more.
If you refer a friend or family member you'll receive $5 off your first order!

The other day I was having lunch with my best friend and one of the things that came up in our conversation was 'Freeboobing.' The topic came up because she saw a few pictures on my Instagram account where I was bold enough to go braless. She wanted to know how I managed to pull it off and thought it would be a great idea to write a blog post about it. So brace your tatas and keep on reading!
I firmly booblieve that freeboobing is NOT for everyone. I feel all things related to your appearance should be done in a tasteful manner. It really comes down to your bust size and the garment you have opted to wear. If it doesn't feel and/or look good, DON'T wear it! Not sure if it looks good? Email me or send me a direct message on one of my social media channels, I will tell you the truth!
I used the following to keep the girls secure and covered:
1 - Fashion Tape
2 - No-Show Concealers or Silicone CoverUps
I start off my making sure my skin is clean and dry. Then I choose between no-show concealers aka petals or silicone coverups to hide my nips. I base my decision on the material of the top/dress I'm going to wear. If the material is sheer or very thin, opt for the silicone coverups just in case your headlights turn on. I find that the no-show concealers/petals work fine most materials (they also come in black for darker garments). Once I'm all covered I put on my top/dress and secure it to my skin with fashion tape (I give myself a little slack when adhering the fashion tape so that if I sit down I'm still covered). Fashion tape is pretty much a clear, double-stick tape that's used to hold your clothing in place. I really like the Hollywood Fashion Secrets brand for wardrobe malfunctions which you can purchase online or at select Duane Reade drugstores. However, if you're on a budget you can find these exact items at Ricky's NYC or any undergarment store but keep in mind you get what you pay for. I must say the Garland brand fashion tape sold at Ricky's NYC is AMAZING! It kept me confidently secure in the little white dress I wore in Punta Cana for the wedding rehearsal dinner I attended earlier this month.

Have a BOOBiful weekend!!!!
Last week I was invited by Dove to try the newest scents added to their Advanced Care antiperspirant deodorant collection - Powder Fresh & Original Clean. I have been using Dove's Dry Spray on a daily basis for a while now and I absolutely love it! Although I will still continue to use the spray version of their deodorant, I must say I really like the stick version as well. For starters, the new fragrances smell DIVINE! I wish they would make a body spray out of the new scents because I literally could not stop smelling my hand after testing them out. I also love the fact that they contain NutriumMoisture which helps the skin under your arm to replenish itself from shaving irritation. I'll probably alternate between the Dove Dry Spray and Dove Advanced Care antiperspirant deodorant this summer to avoid those red bumps I tend to get after shaving.
A big thank you to Isabel for inviting me to this fabulous event! Xoxo
Wantable curated some cute and trendy athleisure wear looks that catered to various style personalities. We were gifted any look of our choice, I chose the 'Floral Frenzy' because I loved the floral print on the leggings and tank.
I'm a hopeless romantic that has always been in love with the idea of true love. Two weeks ago, I was fortunate enough to witness my two good friends tie the knot at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana. It was truly amazing to see them proclaim their love for one another in front of their family and friends. The entire wedding was something out of a fairytale, everything from the weather to the food and photo booth was perfect! We laughed and danced the night away, literally! It was amazing reliving old memories and making new ones…I loved the part when the guys picked up Bryant (the groom) and started throwing him up in the air, thankfully they didn't drop him this time! Lol
Life has a funny way of making you realize what's important. There are so many people in this world that value the wrong things. It's not about money, looks, brands, status or any of that because in an instant it can all be taken away. Life is precious, you can be here one minute and gone the next. Almost a year ago I decided to stop dreaming about what I wanted to do with my life and actually do something to make it happen. I can honestly say that I have not looked back because it was the best decision I've ever made. I'm not exactly where I want to be career wise but I know I'm on the right path. For those of you who aren't happy because you'd rather be doing something else with your life, remember that there's not time like the present. Not everyone's situation is the same but I wholeheartedly believe that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. Be smart about the choices you make - get your degree, save money, stay focused/consistent and take chances.
What I Wore
Hi everyone! I'm back from my amazing vacation and excited to share my review on these stylish eyeglasses I received from an online optical store called Firmoo.com
Yes, I wear glasses because I can't see well from far but that doesn't mean I wear just any old frames. I'm always on the hunt for trendy frames that suit my face and I love that Firmoo.com offers a wide variety of shapes, sizes, color and materials all at affordable prices for both men and women. They also have a few options if you're looking for prescription sunglasses or you can order any of the frames without prescriptions.
The unisex full frame acetate eyeglasses I'm wearing in the clear/tortoise color are only $29.00!!! My frames arrived in a week and they came with a nice case, spectacle pouch, cleaning cloth and tiny screwdriver. This was my first time ordering a pair of eyeglasses over the internet so I was a little scared the process was going to be complicated but it really wasn't. For a small additional fee I had the option of adding my prescription to the frames. Firmoo has a Virtual Try-On System where you can upload a picture of yourself to check if the shape of the frames suits your face or not. They also provide you with the specifications like weight, measurements, etc. under each item.

This post is sponsored by Target. However, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
It’s 9:30am on the second Sunday of May and everyone is still sleeping. I roll over and take a peek under my bed to wake up my sister (she’s younger so mom thought it would be best if I slept on the top bunk). I whisper, “Today is Mother’s Day! Let’s clean and make mommy breakfast!” My sister gives me a big toothless smile and says, “Yeah!” We tip toe to the kitchen and quietly grab a chair in order to reach the cabinets and sink. About 20 minutes later we take our crunchy scrambled eggs, burnt toast and sausage to mommy’s room. In unison we yell, “HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!” and mommy wakes up in shock and begins to empalarganos con tantos besos (make us sick with lots of kisses).
I get a special feeling when I think back to how I would shower my mom with apapacho (love and care), handmade cards and a ton of plants. Yes, I would save up my piragua (Puerto Rican shaved ice dessert) money and use it to buy pretty plants during the plant day sale at my school. Fast forward 20 years and I still get excited about what to get my mom for Mother’s Day because as the foundation of our household, she deserves it all! Finding the perfect gift isn’t easy with my busy schedule and so many things to choose from but I always make it a priority.
My favorite place to shop has to be Target because it truly is a one-stop shop. Target makes it super convenient for me to drop off my prescriptions, do groceries, get a stylish swimsuit for my upcoming vacation and find my mom something to estrenar (use for the first time). It truly is the perfect place for someone like me to shop because it fits into my everyday life and believe it or not, sometimes we go as a family!
I love making my mom feel beautiful so I picked up a few items from the beauty section at Target. These limited edition Sonia Kashuk makeup brushes caught my attention while searching for the perfect gift for my mom. I own a few of Sonia Kashuk's makeup brushes myself and I just love them! The quality and durability is amazing for the price point. I also picked up the illuMask which I've heard a lot of great things about. It's a light therapy mask that helps reduce the signs of aging by wearing the mask daily for 15 minutes.
I would love to read about how you celebrate Mother’s Day and any childhood memories/traditions you might have! Feel free to share by commenting on this post or on any of my social media channels.

One of the goals I set out to achieve before starting my blog was to help empower women. I decided that I would start by sharing my own personal experiences and expertise to show women how to build confidence and live happily. Believe it or not I was bullied and teased in Junior High School and for a while I felt ugly and depressed. As I got older I came to the realization that I liked being who I was and that I wasn't going to change. These days I focus on sharing my love for fashion/beauty and helpful tips through my blog and social media platforms.
Back in March, I shared how you can Become Your Own Boss With ANDREA. I showcased these fashionable knee high boots that I selected from ANDREA'S winter catalog. But more importantly I explained how you can earn extra income by signing up to become an Estrella ANDREA. By becoming an Estrella ANDREA you are able to sell ANDREA merchandise from the comfort of your own home, on your spare time. There are more perks besides being able to earn extra cash, such as:
- Additional discounts
- Bonuses that are like cash so you can purchase more items
-Tips on how to sell ANDREA's products
ANDREA has been empowering women to start their own fashion businesses for more than 40 years! They truly want to see their affiliates succeed and they will be there to help you every step of the way. It's definitely a win-win situation because you become your own boss, earn money and have the ability to spruce up your wardrobe in the process. If you're still not convinced on becoming an Estrella ANDREA, read some of their stories of success.
